Hachimantai resort

I went snowboarding at Hachimantai resort with my friend and her brother. It was beautiful weather today. It was really good for snowboarding!
Hachimantai is good place for beginners. They are not steep, always gradual. I'm sure those people who can do well somewhat aren't satisfied with them. But it was enough for three of us. We didn't have to take a rest for the steep slope, so we all got tired when we left.
Yeah, I'm very tired. I'll go to bed soon tonight.

Pop-up book! It's amazing!

I bought a pop-up book, Alice's adventures in wonderland. I ordered it on the internet as soon as I saw it on TV. It's really great!! The creater is Robert Sabuda. Now his works seeme to be quite famous. And this Alice's book is sold No.1. So the book written in Japanese is sold out now and I got English one.
To the truth, I want to take pictures of that and atach them on my blog but I'm not sure if I can do that because I suppose it has a copyright...

「あらしのよるに」

I read whole "あらしのよるに" series (if it is called in English, "stormy night", maybe). We bought those the other day. Actually I ordered though, nobody hadn't borrowed yet, so I did. It is a picture book. There are no kanji at all. So it's a kind difficult to read to adult because we're used to reading kanji and it's easy to understand the meanings, but now we have to think the pause or noun cause all sentenses written in hiragana only.
Anyway, I finished reading 7 books of that today. Yeah, each book is short story but really meaningful. I shed tears when I was reading 4th. And also 5th, 6th and 7th. I couldn't keep back my tears, it was not my room but I was working then(I was a break alone.) This book is in third which I've ever read. I think I have never shed tears before when I was reading a picture book.
...*sigh*...the book makes us warm. I can't explain well but I really want to recomment it to everyone who is reading this.

I like Kit Kat. There are some different taste, you know? I like to try all of those. I'm pretty nice buyer for sweets companies.

24 season Ⅲ

Finally I'm done watching 24 season Ⅲ! I started watching it at the end of last month. It was sooo great! Very exciting! I wanna see season Ⅳ soon!
By the way, I think that 24 is "relentless". Main charactors have disappeared one after another. I couldn't expect that every time. Every season the crime is solved but there's never a happy ending... What a mean director.

Last night...

Last night I had a guest whom I wasn’t expecting. Yesterday I got a mail from a friend of mine from high school. She asked me to go drinking with her and some mutual friends of ours, but I had other plans, so I didn't go. I suggested we have dinner together at our place instead. Her apartment is in the town, which is next to my town. Anyway we decided to meet. She has a new car. But she was on the bus when she emailed me. She left her car at her family's house. She said she came back here just for one day of work and would go back to her family's house again this weekend. Well, after a few emails we met and went out for dinner.
So, I said I had an unexpected guest. Well, that's because my friend left her apartment key in her family's house! Of course she called her landlord but he didn’t answer. She told me that last year also he was gone. That’s why she decided to stay at my house. She told me she would clean her apartment room and check new year's cards because she hadn't been for a while.
Anyway we’ll go back to our family’s houses in my car in today. I hope the roads aren't icy the whole way.

Ski and Snowboard

I went skiing and snowboarding at Iwate snow park with my friend the other day. We spent two days and two nights there.
On the first day we skied. When we were children our families would often go skiing together. But in this is the first time we’ve skied in almost ten years, so we took it slow and, luckily we had no accidents. Even though we hadn’t skied in such long time we weren’t that bad. We had a great time. On the first night, we stayed at "Pension Field Note". The owner and his wife were so nice and kind, and we had a great dinner. The room was comfortable as well. Clean and simple. There are a lot of comic books on a shelf in the hall, so we stayed up a bit to read those...
Next morning, we were a little bit tired, even though we slept well. Anyway we went snowboarding. This is my second season snowboarding, and this was my first day this season. I'm still a beginner but I remembered how to snowboard. I fell down a lot like last season, but I still had a good time. By the way, it was my friend’s first time snowboarding, and she gave up it after two hours...and started to ski again.
Anyway we both had a wonderful time. I wonder when I’ll be able to go again...and I want to buy ski equipment(I rented this time.) Actually I was better at skiing than I was at snowboarding.

Ah, and also, going to an onsen after snowboarding is great!! If you go, don't forget that!
