Limousine!

I saw a limo tonight! I think this is the first time for me. Somehow(?) I put my foot down and I tried to chase it. :) I was excited a little bit. I wanted to see it well. The number plate was green. So I think it would not be for individual. This limo was not big but absolutely it was limo. Are thre any limos in Iwate, I wonder?

Does having a green license plate denote a company or group ownership? I've only ever seen white and yellow plates.

A green license plate means transportations like taxi or bus which take people. So check those out carefully! You have seen them, I think. And white one is normal. Yellow one means the amount of exhaust gas is less than white one. So it's not energetic. Mine is also yellow. So to drive in mountain trail is hard for it. Poor my car...

Ok, I will check out the taxis next time! If I ever drive in Japan I'll get myself a k-car with a nice yellow plate too.
